If one is age 60 & their egfr% more than 60~60%kidney function.20-30% is when dialysis wait for transplants) from GI specialist assigned by local Clinic so doing the Gluten diet at 31(Only ate 2x a day before & still gained 5-10lb every 4 months~.Now no wheat flour but coconut,rice,oat,almond is fine), may consider C3G diet in the future if I cant lose a few pounds.
