TW! depression and anxiety! school is starting again,,

I'm so anxious about school starting again, I don't know alot of people in my class.. I feel like I won't be able to keep up with all the work and fall back into my depression again. I haven't even started yet and I already feel like I'm failing??? This school has managed to give me so much stress the past 4 years, I don't know if I'm able to handle it,. o(〒﹏〒)o  anywayz, how do you deal with school stress? Any tips?
