I am honestly tired of seeing black women be disrespected and hated on so much, especially my dark skin sisters. Like actually, what did we do to piss this may people off. My friends and I always talk about it and we wonder are we even going to be in a good relationship where we don't have to feel like we were finally picked. We really just want to be wanted and be respected not treated like something to have sex with and discarded. Most black women I know have been sexually assaulted and harassed... does no one see the problem? At this point, I feel like giving up because everyone wants us to be everything and nothing at the same time. We have to be strong but not too strong, we have to protect everyone - even those who disrespect us-, we have to absorb the pain of the world without talking about our feelings, and we have to be content with the bare minimum.

it's almost 5am and I gotta celebrate my villagers birthday tomorrow 😿 (on acnh) but anyways... this website is amazing.
