hello! it’s 3 am and i decided right now was the best time to log back infirst offhappy new year!!! to everyone!! i have a lot to talk about..so much has happened! mcr reunion show, christmas .. i got a record player finally!!!! i’m so happy w it! not a crosley, thank god, and i bought bullets as my first record and i’ve been listening 2 it NONSTOP it’s so greatonce you hear your fav album on vinyl.. you Only wanna listen ti it on vinyl hahaspeaking of mcr, REUNION HAPPENED ! which is uh, old news to everyone including me, but i still gotta mention it. i stayed up and watched the whole thing on a live feed, i gotta say it was really worth it and the show was so awesome, i was vibing along with it, i can’t imagine how it was like to actually be there ..maybe it’s cause it’s 3am but my brain can’t think of anything else rn..i recently got into paramore for the first time! they rock!i’ve also been jamming to this band called superet!!! they r so good!! their debut album is amazingalso i heard news that idkhow is recording their second album soon and i’m SO excited to hear italso, the guys i wanna be in a band with, their band broke up, which sucks i guess but it’s GREAT news cause that means we can finally start doing our own thing . rip quail the band (but not really, nate the lead singer was a douche)anyway i’m gonna start being active on here again cause i really missed it!but now i’m gonna sleepgoodnite!ry

A bit bummed that I don't look so emo anymore and that I look like I'm just a ...normal dude  YUCK!  I'm planning on dressing really scemo or spooky Halloweeny after I move out and then get my name changed legally to Gabriel.

I used to be embarrassed about certain bands I would listen to. People would ask to see my iPod and I wouldn’t let them because I thought they would make fun of me for still liking emo music and even certain pop music but now I see that there is no point in being embarrassed. We only live this life once and we can’t be living it for other people. So listen to that band that you love. Don’t live in shame and secrecy. Twenty nine scene gave me hope and now we are here in the rawring 20s! So enjoy it my peeps✌︎('ω'✌︎ )

I only just found out about this website. I heard some people are coming over here for the emo/scene revival which makes me happy and brings me back to when I was younger I'm excited to post on here in the future!

Whaddup Emos, it is I, a veteran of the old school MySpace days. Recently joined Friend Project because it is the closest thing to the magic of that place and what it was. But, it's falling short, the coding is janky, all the old layout generators I used to rely on no longer work, and I'm severely disappointed. All I want, is for old MySpace to come back, the way it used to be. I f***ing hate Facebook, it's bland, and lifeless, and to be honest, I am sick of being on there and I want to move on. When I was a teen, we bounced from MySpace to Bebo and then to Facebook and it seemed like every few years, a new social media platform would arise and take the throne. Google Plus did try a few years ago, but it failed miserably.But it is f***ing time for change.So I propose a Concept: It is the Rawr'ing 20's, MySpace reverts back to its old layout, with a few new additions to make it fit in with modern times. We all leave Facebook and migrate back there, everyone learns how to code again and we all have bitchin profiles with a million glittery graphics and our favourite emo bangers on autoplay to piss off our friends when they visit our page. Everyone starts arguing with each other because they're not in your Top 8, every girl strives to be a Scene Kween once more, and artists are discovered by their MySpace pages instead of Facebook once again.Make it f***ing happenF*** CuckerbergMySpace, please.This is your Time.The Best Time. I saw a few days ago that supposedly The Academy Is... is maybe releasing new music or possibly an album or even possibly touring again? It’s still very exciting. I haven’t seen people freaking out over The Academy Is... in a long time so it’s awesome to see.
