Welcome!For as long as I can remember I have always joked I should have my own reality TV show.Looking back now thank god it never happend, I honestly cringe when I hear my voice so the TV dream is a hard pass. However I do love sharing my life and my journey, the biggest reason being? Easy! I want people to see that just because we are all online now doesn't mean we all have to somehow seem 100x cooler or more interesting. Everyone always seems cooler on the internet somehow and I am here to bring that reality bit back.For as long as I can remember in my family I've been known as the one who marched to the beat of my own drum, so follow me on my blog adventure into my life. The life of a 30 year old single mom. Who during a pandemic decided to take Chaos and turn it into Creative Chaos...like usual. 

What's up my name is W. this will be my first blog post on this account. Maybe I'll write cringe vents liked I did on Deviant art and look back at them in the future or maybe they will backfire and bite me in the future when i try to get hired for a company who knows. I'll try not to be too cringe. Today is currently thanksgiving and oh boy has a lot happened this year. This is cliche but i can honestly say i feel like a different person than who I was last year around this time. i mean for one i'm actually in therapy so thats pretty cool. i havent been that social tbh but i've made great internet friends and my relationship with my parents has been alot better than ever. maggie had a busy day today. they went to target and got pokemon cards:) they saw somebody from their congregation on a date lol. theyre gonna wait til thursday to be sure its him but theyre pretty sure it is. we talked about hannah montana, and other stuff from around that time like highschool musical, drake and josh, and stuff like that. it was really fun. i really like hearing about maggies past like that. they have a really interesting story. they talked about me in therapy:) they talked about how maggie makes fun of me for being white and sucking at cod(its hilarious tbh) and the therapist thought it was really funny, and even she roasted me for my walmart phone lmao. we listened to music and went to bed. maggies nickname for me recently has been eggheadass. its f***in hilarious. im maggie eggheadass lol. 

we played so much cod today! :) i had so much fun:)). we tried out a bunch of different guns, and it was awesome. maggie hit level 150:) theyre actually so good at cod its crazy. i try my best but sometimes i feel like i make it harder for them lol. they showed me this really good youtuber who plays cod mobile, and ngl hes pretty insane at the game(not as good as maggie though) they made a fun playlist for when we play:) i love all the different music we listen to together. yesterday we listened to rock, disco, and brazillian pop. super fun:) their new headphones started hurting their ears lol. i hope we get to keep spending this much time together. its really really nice. i made maggie laugh a lot today:) it makes me really happy when i make them laugh:)

It really damn hurts whenever you hear some 🖕 news about the sudden death of a certain rockstar, or some significant personality in the rock/music scene. Especially if you considered them one of your "childhood heroes" and never left in your playlist (be it in a shiny iPhone or a crappy MP3 player). And it pains more to learn about his death due to suicide, while you delved into their music long time ago, just to ease the depressing pain you were enduring in those hurting times. Slapshock was one of the popular Nu-Metal bands that emerged in our country more than a couple of decades ago (yeah, when we watched Deftones, Korn, Linkin Park on watchable MTV). Moshed through their songs during high school (even blasted their hit single "Agent Orange" during JS prom). Had a couple of CDs of their first 2 albums (but were lost, unfortunately). Then when I learned to play (and eventually had a band), it was a very humbling and great experience to know them personally, and were able to front act to them one time, for an inaugural e-games event before. Then weeks ago news broke out that they have disbanded, due to some money issues. Sad indeed, but was optimistic they would settle those things in the future and might do a reunion gig.Then came the shocking news few hours ago, that Jamir Garcia (vocalist) died due to suicide (dead on arrival @ hospital this morning). Still freakin' unbelievable, man... A big 🖕🖕 to depression and suicide, for taking away too many talented and down-to-earth people too early.

We started conceptualizing this band in July 2020, as we were the only people we were hanging out with due to quarantine. We resolved to write an album of weird punk songs. Over the next 3 months, we wrote the 11 songs that would become our debut EP and our upcoming album, and in early October, we set about recording them. We've recorded mixed and mastered all our own material in our drummer's basement studio, with the exception of a few guest appearances, and we've had our friends make all our art. We plan to continue creating media for at least another month of Season 1, including some live footage and music videos.
