storytime - the 'bread' fic

okay, i'm tellin this story bc it haunts my thoughts everytime i think about black butler 4 too long & if i have 2 know about the existence of this fic then so do u. anyway, it was around 4th or 5th grade (late 2011 - early 2013). there were these 2 girls that were kinda weebs & i guess they rlly liked black butler, so they took it upon themselves 2 write a fanfic. what did this fanfic entail? let me tell u. i believe it was mainly sebastian/ciel (which is a lot 2 unpack already) & the standout details 4 me were that ciel referred 2 his d*ck as his "bread" (hence me referring 2 this as "the bread fic") which i guess he thought that his "bread" got cold @ night so sebastian offered 2 warm it up with his mouth (this sh*t feels like it happened in a fever dream). i also remember this character named "mike" (which had 2 be either a. their oc or b. my friend who told me about this got the char's actual name mixed up bc i know 4 a FACT there is no black butler character named mike) being involved & there being quite a bit of rape happening in it. i only ever heard about this from my friend & never read it myself but it sounds like it was a fckin roller coaster 2 read.

New directions For Women In Hip-Hop
Current mood:  headphones

Gone are the days of constricting personas—the hypersexual siren or the straight-edge lyricist—to adhere to narrow views of what could make a black woman marketable. At present, we are gifted with artists who exude conviction in the face of adversity. We deserve to see black women who love themselves without needing anyone’s permission to do so. Rappers such as the rhyme-spitting, flute-toting, booty-twerking Lizzo, or the clever, X-rated CupcakKe, reject body-shaming and slut-shaming—attitudes that society and, by extension, hip hop tend to revel in—by making songs that unabashedly embrace these supposedly shameful qualities. Their defiance is an opportunity for those who are often persecuted to finally feel welcome. “I can’t wake up one day and not be black. I can’t wake up one day and not be a woman. I can’t wake up one day and not be fat,” Lizzo told Teen Vogue in a June cover story. “I always had those three things against me in this world, and because I fight for myself, I have to fight for everyone else.”Elsewhere, queer rappers, like Young M.A. or the rising Lor Choc, challenge regressive ideas about sexuality and gender presentation. Young M.A., who understandably bristles at identity-based milestones, has made relationships a recurring theme in her music (alongside some charismatic swaggering), and her rendering of sex between women provides an alternative to male-imagined lesbian fantasies. Elsewhere, there’s Rico Nasty, whose audacious album “Nasty” falls somewhere between splashy red-bottoms stuntin’ and an aggressive Nike-boot stomp-out, and the ever-elastic Junglep**sy, whose catalogue (including this year’s “JP3”) is made up of the kind of music that makes you want to both have sex and sage your apartment. Both, like many of their peers, boldly reject the suggestion that black women and their expression are only worthwhile when they’re in pain. Collectively, their music allows listeners to hear hip-hop that has the freedom to be masculine or feminine, shy or bold, rebellious or traditional, interchangeably or all at once.Ratchet, brilliant, and sometimes both at the same time and sometimes neither at all, these women are showing up and doing the work. What’s more, they’re often better than many of their male counterparts (chalk it up to the insidious requirement for women and minorities to be twice as good for half the reward), which introduces a particular dilemma: sex sells records and makes superstars, while “being real” or expressly lyrical gets you labelled as serious or, worse, boring. (Furthermore, women often face harsh criticism for owning their sexualities on wax even though their male counterparts are just as, if not more, lascivious.) The markers of “success” in rap are constantly moving, and the shifting goalposts are only making these women that much more of a force, as they operate within hip-hop’s valued traditions while re-imagining the genre in real time. But here’s the thing: even if these women had nothing to offer but their presence, their music void of palatable substance or the trappings of aggro club anthems, even if the kinds of complaints that suggest their music is inferior were actually true (they’re not), they would still be owed the space. They would still deserve to be allowed to make music for music’s sake—the kind that exists for no reason other than that it felt good coming out of their bodies—just as many men are.

anime???

so current anime that I'm watching: attack on titan fruits basket black butler demon slayer (rewatch) when i watch anime, something WEIRD has to be going on. if it's realistic i tend to get not interested? it's not that i think it's bad, i just am not drawn to watching it. i'd say i'm a fantasy fan then? but even then, some fantasy anime i can't seem to get into. i wanna find more anime that really pulls me in, but i'm too picky about them. maybe if i remember, i can throw random anime talk in here but if not well,,,,,,,,,anyway,,goo!!! :3c

Women In Rap Are Here To Stay
Current mood:  headphones

Much like Nicki, younger rappers who have emerged in the late 2010s and into the 2020s bring new sounds that give listeners access to “sex talk.” Now, high-profile rappers like Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B, City Girls, as well as artists like Noname, Rapsody, and Rico Nasty have helped to further affirm sex talk as part of a holistic conversation, and not just attached to an artist’s image. These women are rapping about their wants, needs, and experiences.  Houston’s own Megan Thee Stallion is the embodiment of that. Strongly influenced by the late Pimp C, Megan delivers boastful sexual lyrics about admiring herself, all while making sure she too benefits from the sexual encounters. In songs like “Captain Hook” from her third EP Suga, which is based on a more pimp-like person, she states “I like a d*ck with a little bit of curve/ Hit this p**sy with an uppercut/Call that nigga Captain Hook.” Megan conveys a world in which she knows exactly what type of sex she wants all while giving consent.   The rise of women rappers has come at a time where hip-hop, like the rest of the world, is reckoning with its mistreatment of Black women, genderqueer, and non-binary folks who are both unseen or front-facing within the industry. Rapping about sexual pleasure and wants did not directly save any of these women from becoming victims of gender parity and violence, rather, it gave them room to channel their rage and set boundaries around consent. Rap has historically been a tool used to challenge violent structures against Black and poor communities, but the capitalist institution around it has allowed those very acts to define the genre itself. Black women will continue to break through these ceilings with their lyrics, using hip hop for its intended purpose: as a tool for resilience and survival.  Sex talk is a weapon that equips artists and women, gender-queer and non-binary folks for battle on the very fronts that deprive them of their humanity. These rappers are from the very places where the country is seeing high rates of COVID-19 deaths, insufficient living conditions, high rates of violence, environmental pollution, and other disparities. The communities these artists are from have the most to lose if that “energy” for genuine change isn’t tapped into during a global movement for Black lives, and if rapping about p**sy-popping gets us closer to justice and freedom, then may jiggly cheeks continue to bounce along to lascivious lyrics that demand respect and sufficient cunnilingus.  https://www.okayplayer.com/originals/sex-rap-songs-90s-female-rappers-cardi-b-wap.html

Just a diary 18.12.2020
Current mood:  sleepy

Dragi dnevnik!I felt pretty proud of myself today! Mainly because of one reason but ill get to that later. I woke up at 8 am about 5 minutes before my zoom classes started. Don't know why I decided to wake up that late. I usually wake up at least 30 minutes early just to get ready and take care of my dog but whatever. I had 2 classes, should have had a third one but I forgot about it. The past days went on so fast! I wake up and as If i had counted from 1 to 3 It's already 4 pm. 4pm is a pretty important time of the day for me as I take my dog out for a long walk and calm myself down.I really like walking my dog, epecially on weekends when I can go into the forest with him, hike and blast music. I used to hate walking, jogging or just anything that had to do with draining my energy but ever since I got Brun about half a year go I've been outside most of my day. Todays walk was pretty interesting. A few minues after I got out of my house I saw a girl, she was really pretty. She kind of had a grunge style/vibe to her. I had never seen her in my town before so I figured taht she was visting some of her firend that live around here. We were walking in the same direction and I saw that the little glances she was giving me, once she stopped i walked past her and we waved and exchanged smiles. I went on with my walk and I saw her again not even a few minutes later. She seemed lost. I usually don't like talking to new people, today however was different. I decided to change my way and looked at where she was going. This sounds a little creepy but I promies it wasn't lol. She was constantly stopping, looking around and at her phone. So I went for it. I actually walked up to her and asked her If she was lost. Before I actually asked her I revised in my head what I was going to say and what came out was completely different. "Um, um ,um, hi, sorry lol,  I noticed that you were wandering around a little um and I just wanted to um ask you if you were searching for anything :)"This was really embarrasing but at least I got the courage and walked up to her. I get really nervous when I have to talk to someone that I don't know, hell I've even fainted once at school when I had to do a presentation in front of like 30 poeple. She ended up explaining me that this was where her boyfriend lived and it was her first time here so she had no idea what she was doing. We talked for a few minutes. God, she was SO nice! I couldn't believe I actualy did that haha. I've been thinking about this all day and I just can't stop. Then I just went on with my day as usual :) I was outside for around 3 hours, most of them at my secret spot that I like to go to when I want to relax. I also draw there, listen to music and sometimes bring my friends there.I made myself fake nose piercings today so that was also quite interesting. I liked they way they looked specially on my lips and as a septum. I forgot how weak my nose is though and because I was constantly touching the ring when it was in my nose I made myself bleed. That wasn't very pogchamp of my nose :( Can't remember what I did after tho as I fell asleep and woke up at around 11 pm. Since I woke up I've just been watching streamers and talking to my friends on discord. It's about to be 3am now and I don't like staying up late so I'm going to finish this here.Till next time!

life, dog, idk
