About me: Shawn Simmons, AKA "The Rapper X" is a rapper/songwriter with an energetic approach to creating aggressive trap.
With also having a variety of music for the class of 2020 to pay for their college tuition ;)
Shawn was born and raised an hour out of Washington, D.C. in a small town called Front Royal, Virginia.
He started writing music in elementary school and once he gained the confidence, started recording when he was 26 back in 2018.
Shawn started as a feature for other local artists, before releasing his first single, "X-Factor". He started performing at parties while working his way up to local venues. After gaining positive feedback, he has continued to regularly release singles since.
