Let me start with I love my job. My boss is fantastic. Unlike most bosses, who out themselves up on a pedestal, he acts like he is in the same level as us. Which is great because he's does not hesitate to jump on in and help where and when he's needed. The girl who runs the shop that I seem to mostly be at so far is great. Shes super friendly and can just about tell you what you need without even having to look at you. Not gonna lie, it's super impressive in this particular line of work where its constantly growing and at a quick pace as well. I love that so long as I follow a certain guideline, I can dress however I want and dont have to adhere to slam specific uniform. I feel so free. Once I learn the basics and feel confident alone and they know I can do it alone, I get to run that store like its mine (to an extent) and I'm most excited about that. I'm treated with respect and treated like an adult. I'm honestly completely in love with my job
