how to return time back?

oh, hello. today I'm pretty tired and upset with myself. in the morning I ate 2 cutlets, although I expected to eat 500 calories. the rest of the day I will be drinking and at night I will take diuretic pills. tomorrow I will go to a deficit and intuitive nutrition, + I will also go in for sports at the Lena Snow complex. I finally got my nails done yesterday, but I'm sooo disappointed. the master did awful! the only thing I like is the design. but yesterday I had a sincere and good talk with my best friend, but, apparently, I will stop communicating with my other friends. lately it seems like they don't care about me .. quarreled with her boyfriend because he did the wrong thing in relation to another person, after seeing his dating profile, where he wrote that he was gay, and told this to the class group. he said that I was looking for another reason to quarrel, and if I want to part, i should say it right away. extremely unpleasant! but I hope he loves me as much as I love him. if someone reads my blog, can you tell me how you are doing? it will be interesting for me to read your comments
