I'm trying really hard not to be upset over this but it's starting to really bug me. I just need a damn promotion and to start making some better money. Making what I'm making now is not f***in' cutting it at all. I've been working at my store for 6 years and for the last few years, I've been promised a promotion and a nice raise. My gm ended up retiring early because he's an old man and covid broke him. He got tired of wearing masks because he's a f***ing sensitive ass conservative p**sy who likes to call other people snowflakes but couldn't just wear a damn mask. Whatever, doesn't matter now. 
Anywaaaaay, he retired in silence a few months back and they brought in a new gm. He's my age, cool. Somebody to relate to. I do like him and all, he seems to know what he's doing and is generally pretty nice. We got along right away. The issue is that even though he sees that I've been basically doing the management job without the title for years, I'm fully capable, he hired somebody else from outside the company to be the new manager. And it's nothing against her, she seems alright for the most part. 
But she's not me. I'm not even making 13 dollars an hour and I'm STILL the one staying late, doing all the management duties and basically being responsible for the entire store. I wanna move but that's proving next to impossible because both Cody and I combined don't have enough money to do that. 

tldr; my job sucks, everybody sucks and I WANNA QUIT OR MAKE MORE MONEY. F*** allllllll the people i work with. (jk I love most of them). ♥
