today started rough, had online class which sucked as per usual then had a final call with my therapist before I get I new one next week which is really scary. after dinner I skated for like an hour and a half today. skating makes me really happy, I need to do it more. i feel really content rn, which is really nice, it makes me hopeful for the future, well that's all for now it lol.
