If a website application Expells or suspends somebody website impact

WT Social blocking my ip and wikipedia stinks sucks. twitter suspended my accounts later when one number or one account for that matter was suspended permantly later did they enforce if you try to use twitter your evading suspension this is worse then grade school detention its like suspending peoples from school or expelling them yet not even the emails to jack have not for instance it says Numbers still in use was using my parents#'s....
