here's some stuff you can do if you feel bleh or depressed:
♥ take a nice warm bubble bath or a shower with smelly good stuffs ♥ wash your face, do your makeup, or brush your teeth ♥ have a yummy snack/meal! you deserve it! ♥ cuddle with someone you love/ a stuffy ♥ make your bed ♥ watch a comfort show/movie ♥ talk to your friends and people you trust. it can be about anything ♥ go through your clothes and make some cute outfits for days where you don't have the energy to do that ♥ take a nap ♥ doodle ♥ listen to music you like ♥ write about it ♥ re organize (this helps me feel better a lot lol)
