Awake, but at What Cost?

I really try my best to get some decent sleep, but I somehow fail, most of the time. It's not because of any condtions that are hindering it, but it's still so weird. I would be in bed, fast asleep, then wake up at, like, 12 or 1 AM, and I would just feel so tired. I would go back to sleep, but then it's 3 AM. It's an endless struggle until it is finally 6 AM. I understand how the second time you fall asleep is much better than the first, but it's annoying when it's 2+ times. I guess my Pikachu pillow and my sleeping bag "blanket" are not cutting it recently. I wouldn't do the warm milk trick, since who even drinks straight up milk that isn't chocolate. Maybe my luck will get better eventually.
