Thank you ♥^^ I've been trying hard not to, although sometimes brain just wanders off and does its own thing ^^" I try not to allow myself to become absorbed in self pity though, and try to keep thinking about the things I do have, rather than what I dont have, or what ~could~ happen to me - which is really damn hard but I think it has helped me feel a little less down all the time!
