when you pretend your life is a movie to keep yourself from losing interest in your own life but it starts to not work anymore

Let me start with I love my job. My boss is fantastic. Unlike most bosses, who out themselves up on a pedestal, he acts like he is in the same level as us. Which is great because he's does not hesitate to jump on in and help where and when he's needed. The girl who runs the shop that I seem to mostly be at so far is great. Shes super friendly and can just about tell you what you need without even having to look at you. Not gonna lie, it's super impressive in this particular line of work where its constantly growing and at a quick pace as well. I love that so long as I follow a certain guideline, I can dress however I want and dont have to adhere to slam specific uniform. I feel so free. Once I learn the basics and feel confident alone and they know I can do it alone, I get to run that store like its mine (to an extent) and I'm most excited about that. I'm treated with respect and treated like an adult. I'm honestly completely in love with my job 

Even though the days are quieter without you in my life, I am still making my time useful by finding the peace I need from you. I feel well and it'll be a matter of time till the brighter days. Please just grow up and recognize all your downfalls and behaviors.

An earthy candle is lit before the graphite presses against the damp paper.  Drying flowers on the window pane hang above dusty polaroids and a stack of quarter-read books. Distractions, distractions. A calendar of ignored plans and deadlines, thrifted belts and button downs. Tweed trench coats and blazers on hangers in the closet. The world isn’t all fog, rain, muted pastels, and libraries. But at least we can pretend just another time, as new raindrops clap against the concrete outside.

i'm on my trap phone, got my phone and computer taken away for the next few days. I've been blasting 'I was all over her- salvia plath' for hours now. I kind of got in trouble for "trying to break in to a store". I didn't even try. Ughhh ffs I don't k ow how to explain this feeling. It's so weird. I feel silly. Hehe.
