So its been a month since I came out as non-binary and I've been struggling with dysphoria, its the fact that my brain and body still associate with my biological features of a female, but I myself have been trying to dissassociate myself from feeling like a female. It's hard and I genuinely don't know what to do, do I just try to associate the way I dress as non-binary rather then female? Those who are also non-binary and have been non-binary longer than I have could you help?xoxoLili
